The last 90 days of stay-at-home orders and quarantines have created a learning curve for everyone and the investigation of claims is no exception. However as stated in this article we have noted a dramatic uptick of claimant activity in the past 45 days, which is accelerating as stay-at-home restrictions begin to ease in most states. These trends present a good opportunity to conduct surveillance, background and social media investigation.
