Fancy words for more bullspit. Value is subjective. The only value carriers actually care about is decreasing costs.
injured workers want treatment that actually helps heal and get them back to work. When an injured worker is forced to wait weeks for approval and scheduling of a second round of physical therapy after surgery, they lose much of what they gained in the first round. and this just one small example of the failures of the current system. Any one of us, the injured worker advocates, and doctors could give you hundreds of examples of how utilization of view and MPNs have destroyed the "value" of treatment for the injured worker.
what a joke. If the powers that they actually listened to us, those who work here in the trenches, health care providers, applicant and defense attorneys the problems could be fixed.. but the billionaires don't want it fixed. They love their profit margins And will do anything to Increase those margins.
