Telemedicine might not be ideal but it could be more accurate if applicants and defense both worked under the same rules. Currently, applicants' treating doctors are obliged to adhere to Duty of Care obligations whereas Utilization Review doctors are exempt. This inequity leads to wrongful denials of care.
