Extending the presumption without changing the obligations of the insured will continue to place an undue burden on insured. A presumption for firefighters, peace officers and health workers for not just COVID but any air born virus or disease works, but to require every employer to submit a report with every test positive whether industrial or not for another 2 years is too much.
