The 26th annual North Carolina Workers' Compensation Educational Conference will be held Oct. 6-8 at the Raleigh Convention Center and might include a remote attendance option, depending on conditions and interest.
The three-day event organized by the North Carolina Industrial Commission and the International Workers' Compensation Foundation will cover recent developments affecting the state’s workers' compensation system.
The commission said the conference will provide up to 12 hours of continuing education credits.
“The goal of this conference is to educate everyone with a professional interest in the North Carolina workers' compensation system regarding current law, rules, procedures, policies and forms, and to provide an opportunity for dialogue among these participants,” the commission said in a statement.
