For those caring for children whose school is closed, they can receive up to 12 weeks of paid family leave time at two-thirds of regular pay, in most cases.
WHO PAYS FOR THIS? DO PEOPLE APPLY TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OR DOES THEM EMPLOYER HAVE TO PAY THIS BENEFIT?

I read a summary of the law. The employer must pay the benefit, but will receive a Federal tax CREDIT, for the amount paid to the employee.
