The IMR system is a monolith without a heart or a soul. Much easier to deny needed medical care due to MTUS technicalities when you don't have to look workers in the eyes and explain to them why it's so important to save money for the insurance industry. California should be better than this.

The main protection for all men & women in this country is DUE PROCESS & EQUAL PROTECTION but they are NOTHING if they are implemented by men with a back bone. it is the Court's job implement fair play: how can you do that if you no one owns up to the medical decision.

Just know that all these foolish decisions that erode these ideals because they protect big insurance or big money will eventually destroy this country.

Your seeing it here: NO REAL TRANSPARENCY IN THE SYSTEM.
