Travelers insurance company abused Mr. Ramirez. The trial consisted of two travelers employees. The adjuster Donna Hacker had no excuse for her denials and made no sense. Thank goodness for the power of a subpoena. Judge Pusey did a great job and fully understood the extent of Traveler's abuse. Then Hannah Brophy reconned the decision and got shot down. My petition for fees has been filed and Travelers is being audited. Justice is being served. If anyone needs the trial transcripts I will gladly share.

It's good you won the case and the IW finally gets his treatment he deserves, but what do you think the outcome of DWC investigation is going to be? They will find nothing wrong, they had the right to refuse or at the best slap them with $5,000 fine. Is that justice?
