This is helpful but we also need a reg requiring medical record to be at the QME office 2 weeks in advance, so a good eval that makes sense can be done. If not the doctor should have the right to reschedule the exam. It is ver frustrating and causes double work when the records are not there

Getting medical records to the QME office in advance would be part 2 of a process that would begin with medical releases when requested and early disclosures of medical providers. Then the records can be obtained, reviewed and sent in a timely manner.
