Yet another example of how broken this system is- ALL OF THAT TIME AND MONEY TO FIGHT A MAILBOX RULE OVER A QME PANEL!
And done while the injured worker SUFFERS!!
This is another reason to support abolishing the horrid PQME system.
Each side obtaining their own medical legal evidence would eliminate this nonsense and get cases moving.

The 800 lb gorilla cries out "The Emperor is naked!!"
