Groundspeed Analytics Inc., an Ann Arbor, Michigan-based company that serves the property/casualty insurance industry, on Monday announced a workers’ compensation data product that provides underwriters with hundreds of data points derived from comp losses, safety data, exposures and third-party data.

The product is intended to simplify the submissions process and “immediately triage and rate using their own rules and Groundspeed-provided insights.”

Groundspeed's contributory dataset is “leveraged to enrich submission document data with additional predictions and analytics,” the company said in a statement.
