RTGR Law announced Monday that it has promoted attorney Chantal Thomas to partner.

Thomas will supervise the law firm’s offices in Los Angeles and Van Nuys. The firm also has offices in San Diego, Orange County, San Jose, Sacramento and Oakland.

Chantal said in a press release that RTGR has “pioneered paperless and remote working for defense attorneys in workers’ comp.” That allows attorneys to work “from anywhere at any time.”

RTGR partner Thomas Richard said in an email that Thomas is the firm’s “first home-grown partner.” She started her legal career seven years ago at RTGR’s Oakland office.

Thomas was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2011. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University in Malibu, according to the State Bar website.
