WORK COMP SUITS and the cost containment ran amok insurance industry is killing our grand bargain and injured workers along with it. SUITS waging a class war on men and women who labor by using our DR.s to lie to deny us then grant those Dr.s immunity through state med tort and work comp laws for any crimes they commit.
ONE ELITE CLASS OF SUITS waging war on men and women who labor. FUCK YOU ALL.
WORK COMP CENTRAL and WCRI need to TELL AMERICA the TRUTH about bad STATE med tort laws and our drs. being used as tools and shields to fleece the grand bargain from labor on sniffs and grins.
WORK COMP CENTRAL NEEDS TO GET HONEST about the CLASS WAR ON LABOR and how med tort law allows one class to wage war on men and women who labor and DARE to REPORT our OJIS.

WORK COMP IS SUPOSED TO COVER US even on the non catatrophic ojis. WE have one class of elite suits that run our work comp industry that are lying to the men and women who labor for a living.
LYING to cover up and get out of the non catatrophic OJIS needs to stop. ONE class waging war on us then granting immunity to the Dr.s who lie in our care. THIS IS a class war and you SUITS help carry it out with complicit SILENCE out BAD MED TORT and WC STATE LAWS being used by the industry to wage war on labor.

Mr. Moore's conclusion based on this study is dangerous and illogical on any level. Using his line of reasoning it follows that paying medical providers zero will not affect the availability or quality of care - an absurd conclusion. If that is absurd, then at what point does lower reimbursement begin to affect availability and quality? Who wants to be the injured worker/guinea pig in such a study? While I did not listen to the webinar, I believe WCRI might agree.
