I am not sure how you can do an eval using telemedicine. How can you do a PE? The history and record review are easy but frequently the physical exam sways your opinion. For example the patient complains of severe back pain, the MRI shows disk bulges but the PE is normal or the patient has a positive SLR and absent ankle jerk. This would obvious change your conclusions. Any suggestions?
