Upon the first month of Steve Poizner TAKING OVER the last time in 2005, he promised to investigate insurance fraud on behalf of injured workers with proof of evidence of fraud. At least 6 people were at a conference with him and the injured workers are stilling waiting for being called or that any investigation was done. It's been 13 years since ex Insurance Comm Steve Poizner was given the undeniable evidence and it also failed to spring forward to the current Insurance Commissioner David Jones for an investigation. Why do we need either of them while injured workers wait 13 years for an investigation of blatant insurance fraud by the insurers and which has in actuality gotten far worse with insurers not filing policy claim numbers with the insurance commission and the State of California insurance commission too has failed to file current claims for investigations of fraud committed by the insurance industry.

Better to focus on the Fraud Assessment Committee. That is where the problem is. Marshall and Steiner using it to make millions through fraud for themselves and their masters at the expense of the workers and employers.
