Does Razo agree that Utilization Review physicians should be licensed to practice medicine in California, the same as treating physicians, or does he prefer to keep them exempt? I refer to "How to Practice Medicine without a license, SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE, 8/29/08.
Does Razo agree that Duty of Care as a professional ethic should be as equally applied to Utilization Review physicians as it is to treating physicians? I refer to "Weinmann: UR physicians do not owe injured workers 'Duty of Care, '" WORKCOMPCENTRAL, 18 Sept 2018.
