The Occupational Safety and Health Administration reminded employers that have not already done so to submit their 2018 OSHA Form 300A reporting work-related injuries and illnesses.

Businesses with 250 or more workers that are required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, as well as businesses in certain industries that have 20 to 249 employees are required to submit the form.

Employers can submit injury and illness reports electronically at www.osha.gov/300A.
