Back in 2004, SB899 was necessary in order to curb the double digit annual increase which forced many companies to take shelter in NV. With mess exodus of jobs and residents to likes of TX, FL, and OH already, this current increase will speed up the demise of the once great state of CA. This is what happens when democrats have total control of government. They buy votes with unsustainable hand outs while increasing taxes trying to plug hole for inefficiently ran government filled with under qualified people. Good bye California... it was nice knowing you...
