This case will go nowhere. It will probably be subject to an anti-SLAPP motion. These defendants had no duty to the plaintiffs. Even if they did, Warbritton was not a known sexual predator. I met him once. He was drunk. He said some off-color things - just like any other drunk person. Anyone who claims that this was foreseeable is not being honest.

Agreed James. I'm wondering if the law firm is the same one who used the fake handicap person caught on video putting his wheelchair in his trunk, to shake down mom and pop businesses. Very hard to squeeze blood from the guilty turnip, so the decision is made to go class-action and put the "system" on trial.

I absolutely agree.

How sad is it that the top 5 stories on WCC are California articles about sex and fraud?!?!?

Perhaps it is time to actually "screen" QMEs....
Are they "live scanned"? One would assume so, but we all know what that means.

The attorney for the plaintiffs appears to be a bit questionable himself, having been publicly reproved by the State Bar for failing in his duties as an attorney to his own relative. When your own relative files a complaint against you with the state bar, that says something. Oh . . . and his case against Derrick Rose of the NY Knicks' that Mr. Rose "gang-raped" a female seemed to be a bit drama driven as well.

No such reputation was widely known. If they had been, he would not have been utilized.
