what stands out to me is the fact that the Dr. did not evaluate the patients but his name is on the reports. It reminds me of an incident with a QME. When I asked my client about the details of and evaluation with a certain Safety Works QME she responded "what the old guy? All he did was sit in his wheelchair and sleep. Some young guy did the evaluating" I wondered why the doctor didn't know anything about his own report during deposition. QME "scheduling groups" are the biggest scam going right now. millions going into the coffers of these mill entities "representing" doctors....when are they going to investigate this?

Kimberley, I couldn't agree more. I do all the work myself as a QME. The interview, the records, the testing, the whole nine yards. Plus I actually see injured patients for treatment. One of the old dogs, trying to do right,
