Won’t be long before we Workers’ Comp defense lawyers are representing the State’s interests against all the SIBTF claims. This is nothing more than a second bite at the apple program with our tax dollars being doled out to Workers who have already been compensated by private insurers in accordance with Workers’ Compensation laws.

The PDRS are garbage when it comes to rating severly injured workers. The formula practically requires death before even paralyzed workers are considered 100% disabled. The community needs to quit picking on the most disabled people who were just doing there jobs and sufferred catostrophic injuries. They are not the villains here.
