Do these people think that the employers and their insurance carriers are totally stupid or what? Or you could say the reverse is also true.

I don't know what to think. I have a relative who is fairly young, and has a very bad shoulder injury. His age is close to the person in this story. His injury is not work related. He dislocated his shoulder a few years ago and surgeons have told him there is nothing they can do as he is too young for a shoulder replacement. He can only raise his arm to shoulder level, and is in a lot of constant pain. He still enjoys his life, and this includes going skydiving. Again, this is not a work related injury. I would think that the young injured worker in this story may be similar. It is difficult for me to judge without being in his shoes.

Hey Anonymous, Just because your family member is in constant pain and can only use his arm to shoulder level and thus able to go sky diving is not why this defrauder was arrested. He was seen doing activities that he claimed he was unable to do do, and thus a misrepresentation. They never said he wasn't in constant pain...or able to use the arm at shoulder level, the stating he is unable to drive a car and seen driving a car appears to be sufficient...jackass!
