Of course it's a waste of time as IMR is designed to deny quality medical care.
That's why you can't depose phantom physicians.
Thank goodness for the Veterans Administration who does provide quality medical care; as long as the Veteran injured worker pays the co pay.

Good morning Gary, I am intrigued by your comment. As a payor, we are unable to request an IMR. As you know, IMR doctors remain anonymous to all involved. So, the design then of IMR must have been put in place by the "state"
