No shock. No one understands work comp and the magnitude or effects of this politically motivated decision. Once again the injured worker gets burned! Thanks

Can this be appealed to the federal level?

Doesn't anyone find it strange that Dubon I came down on 2-27-14. Then in April Katherine Zalewski who had been lead council for DIR and helped author all the regs for SB863 gets appointed by Jerry brown to the WCAB. After that for no reason other than to continue promotion of the IMR scheme, the WCAB decides to review its own En banc decision. Of course Zalewski is now there and all of a sudden DUbon becomes Dubon II. So now a UR company can slap anything it wants on paper with the word denied on the front page and there is absolutely nothing you can do except for have some anonymous fool review it. Your telling me that is not complete corruption??? And we all stand by and take it. Come on people we need to stand up and get rid of these political hacks!!!!

I agree. What do we do now? March around the WCAB with signs? Find a new governor?
