Third-party administrator and managed care provider Intercare Holdings Insurance Services announced that Jon Lord joined the company as its new chief revenue officer.

Lord is the former vice president of business development at Sedgwick Claims/York Risk Services Group.

He brings nearly 20 years of claims management, sales and marketing experience to the position. As chief revenue officer, Lord will oversee Intercare’s business development, including national marketing and sales strategies, the company said.

Lord will report to Intercare CEO and President Agnes Hoeberling, who was appointed earlier this year, the company said.

Intercare said Lord will be based out of Orange.

The company is a private, independent liability and workers’ compensation claims administrator and managed care service provider with more than 325 employees. Intercare is headquartered in Roseville.
