Thanks for this public service announcement, WCC and Mr. Miller. Now that ACOEM no longer markets the flawed concept that learned physicians think biocontaminants in water damaged buildings can't harm, the defense in mold litigation doesn't have a leg to stand on. Your helping to raise awareness of this, should help many environmentally injured workers rightfully receive their justifiably deserved workman's compensation benefits. It should help tremendously to stop unnecessary litigation and the clogging of courts over this matter.
