what is amazing is that Dr. King hasn't changed his practice on 20 years. it's understandable why he started opiates in 1999, but given new information including his own experience, Dr. King should've been weaning Mr. Blankenship.
That is especially true given the other physicians' opinions.
Eventually the West Virginia medical board will have to investigate him
