Church Mutual Insurance Co. announced Dwayne Gantz joined the specialty carrier as senior vice president of finance and will replace Jeff Steffen, who is retiring in early 2021.
Gantz brings nearly 40 years of financial and insurance experience to the position, Church Mutual said in a statement.
He has held high-level positions with several national carriers and most recently served as senior financial officer of property and casualty at United States Automobile Association.
Gantz earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy at Trinity Western College in British Columbia, Canada. He holds a master’s in accounting from the University of Phoenix and a doctorate in accounting from Walden University.
Church Mutual offers specialized insurance coverage for religious organizations including workers’ compensation, commercial property and liability, multi-peril and commercial auto coverage.
