Employer mandated IS work-related. Doctors can easily diagnose causation. If one has not by now voluntarily become a subject of this world-wide experiment in gene therapy, and does so only after the employer mandates that he do so, then hello! It is an industrially caused negative reaction to an employer-mandated jab. This is not rocket science and most States' current WC laws already suffice to allow a WCJ to find as much.
